When will my order be despatched?
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days, if there a specific issue with your order, or we have a question for you, we will contact you by email as soon as possible, and aim to despatch your order within 24hours of any issues being resolved.
How does free delivery work?
We offer free delivery on orders over £40 in the UK. Depending on the size of the order we may choose to send your items via Royal Mail or courier, and will confirm the method of shipping when we email to let you know your order has been shipped.

If you are outside of the UK, you will also benefit from hitting the £45 delivery marker, with reduced postage costs.
Can I track my order?
If you select 1st or 2nd class post then your order will not be trackable, if you select a service which is signed for or tracked we will provide tracking information when we confirm dispatch.

If you opt to have your order delivered by courier we will forward all tracking information when we confirm dispatch, and will pass your email address to the courier company (usually Hermes or Royal Mail) so that they can send you updates on your order.
Can I collect my order?
We do not have a bricks and mortar store for you to visit, but if you live in Witney we will happily drop your parcel off to save you the cost of postage, or we can arrange a time when you can call at head office to collect.
But please note that it will not be possible to look at our product ranges in person and Bridge Street has very limited parking during working hours.
My order hasn't arrived
UK orders should arrive within 1-3 working days for 1st class, from the date on your dispatched notification, within 3-5 working days for 2nd class.

Orders send within Europe take approximately 1 week to arrive, and outside of Europe it can take between 2 and 4 weeks. Customs workload tends to be the biggest factor in determining how long it will take and unfortunately this is something outside of our control.
Taking the above into account, if your order does not arrive, please contact us using the Chat option or via the contact us form at the bottom of the page, and we will open a missing order case.
